Question 1

In Annexe VI – is the CV required only for individual applicant Or do you need it from private companies like Euronews as well

 
Answer

It is not mandatory to provide CVs, but if CVs are provided they should follow the template provided.

 
Question 2

In Annexe VII – you require a standard price list per 10,000 contacts reached. Is filling the spreadsheet on page 2 mandatory We don’t have the breakdown of the reach per 10,000 – although we can supply with a research document based on EMS source indicating the overall reach of the campaign on industry sector healthcare and medicine for the whole campaign period. Please let me know if that would be acceptable.

 
Answer

Completing the spreadsheet on page 2 is mandatory. The tenderer should first create a 7-day (15 to 21 November 2015) broadcasting plan able to reach 100,000 contacts under the category “industry sector- healthcare and medicine” using the EMS Ipsos Affluent Survey 2015 as reference calculator. Then the tenderer should provide a price for such a broadcasting plan. This price for reaching 100,000 contacts refers to the case study and will be part of the evaluation.

The tenderer must also provide prices for broadcasting plans able to reach from 10,000 to 200,000 contacts, at intervals of 10,000 contacts, under the category “industry sector- healthcare and medicine” using the EMS Ipsos Affluent Survey 2015 as reference calculator. All these different prices should be used to fill page 2 of the Annex VII. This has been requested in order to assess the budget for offers made under the proposed framework contract for campaigns with a higher or lower audience reach.

 
Question 3

Could you please clarify whether when you are mentioning “contacts” if you are meaning  “reach” or “impacts”

We use the word 'contacts' to mean 'impacts'.
